Normally, I’m all for a good review- but not for this place. If I could, I would give it negative stars. I have had the worst experience and I’ll be looking for a new pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to give me my medication and told me to go back to my physician. They argued back and forth and told me I couldn’t pick up my period until July for my ADHD medication. My physician said CVS had my prescription and they’re not sure why they turned me away.My physician (the next day) was on hold for FOUR HOURS. I ended up going in because that seemed like the easier route. They then give me the same response until I had to show them the MyChart message. Then they told me to come back in 20 minutes to the pickup window (bypassing the line.) I came back in 20-25 minutes later. I waited a solid 5-7 minutes to even be acknowledged for them to tell me to get in line.I waited an additional 15-20 minutes. Awful customer service, awful wait times on the phone and in-person. There were 5-6 people working an the one person that was helpful didn’t even work at this CVS!

Refused to fill my prescription 2 weeks early so I had to pay full price out of pocket instead.Lines here are long, and after getting your prescription started you then just go to back of line to wait for it to be filled.

CVS’ corporate overlords have decided to wring all available profits from their enterprises at the cost of their employees, any shred of customer service, and general decency. Every single time I go here they are short staffed, totally stressed out, and seem like they are at a breaking point. This leads to ridiculous lines, completely inefficient processes, and incorrect prescriptions. They can barely answer the phone. I recently had my prescription filled incorrectly and when I called to talk to them about it I was literally told, by the pharmacist, “hey, I just work here”. I will be doing everything I can to avoid CVS pharmacies.

I need to speak with someone about a prescription and have been on hold for more than half an hour. The CVS automated system provided me information that was incorrect.

They have taken more than 3 days to fill a prescription I need now. Their automated system provided me with incorrect info. I called for help and have been on hold for more than 40 minutes.

Consistently understaffed. Prescriptions are never ready on time. I will put in for a refill or my doctor will send a prescription over and even one to two days later the prescription is not ready and they will claim they just got it even though I checked the website and it was received and listed as in process a day or two earlier. If I need to call them I am always on hold a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes before someone picks up. It is beyond ridiculous. Additionally, they frequently don't try to see if the generic is covered if the brand isn't. It will sit in the "in process" stage for days until I call, sit on hold for 20 plus minutes and ask for them to check and sure enough it goes right through. So much wasted time due to poor staffing and service.

This store has tanked since Mr Marshall and Mo left.Meds not ready when they say will be.That's my biggest complaint. The phone system malfunctions..eternal hold times. I feel sorry for the few people that work there

They are awfull..Constant delays for medications or the order is never put in. And they rarely answer their phone no matter when you call.

This is the only pharmacy where I can consistently submit a refill at 7:30 in the morning, go after work and wait 45 minutes in line until 5pm, be told, "It's not ready, give us 15 minutes", come back two hours later, and still not have it be ready.

This is the worst pharmacy I have EVER been to, they deserve NO STARS! The pharmacist and staff should all be fired for incompetence or simply shit this store down. Love Target, HATE CVS and will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.
