I was sold a used vehicle from Whitaker Buick in Forest Lake. Less than 30 days of owning the Buick, it died. 2 tows and 3 thousand dollars later the car now runs. I tried to sell the car back to Whitaker and they said they would buy it back for 3 thousand dollars less than what I paid for the car. Which means I'm out 6k. I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Whitaker Buick.

Dave was super friendly and wonderful to deal with. He is so knowledgeable about the vehicles and explained all the new features. Gary and Bob in Financing were also very helpful and personable.

What a great experience. My salesman Dave was fantastic, did not waste our time and we were able to get through the process quickly of buying two vehicles. His knowledge of the vehicles was amazing and he was very professional.

This service department did anything to get out of price-matching a set of tires. After selling us a set of Goodyear tires that did not last 2 years, they would not price-match Amazon. This was pointed out to us after showing up to have the tires installed. Will be finding another dealership to have our three vehicles serviced.
