Curt was great to work with for buying our first house in Minneapolis! His professionalism, friendliness, and easy-going attitude was always apparent whenever we had him write pre-approval offers on the multitude of houses we put offers into. Whether we texted or emailed him at 11P on a weeknight, or 8:00AM on Saturday, Curt was quick to respond. Curt was also great at explaining and walking us through any questions or comments we had, whether it was about the mock-up payment plans he made for us, any pre-approval offers we put in, or any general loan questions. Being able to talk to a person any time we had questions or needed a response made the process much more seamless than other mortgage companies we looked at who constantly gave us their answering machine/automated responses. Curt, and Bell Bank, were also able to match our interest rates to another mortgage companies' which made our decision just that much easier. We would highly recommend working with Curt/Bell Bank as first time homebuyers!

Curt is awesome! I can't say enough about Curt. I would recommend him over and over to anyone. My husband and I sold our house 2 years ago and we saw Curt. We were not quite ready to purchase another house at that time and Curt really gave us valuable knowledge and help. 2 years later we were ready to buy again. We went back to see Curt. He remembered us and would keep in touch with us throughout the 2 years we rented. When we bought our new house this spring he was amazing helping us get a mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and he is there for you every step of the way when purchasing a home. He knows his stuff! He gets you the best deal possible and is very flexible with you whatever your house buying challenges may be. He is very easy to work with and completely honest. He feels like a friend there to help. His goal is to get you into a house! If we ever buy a house again we will be seeing Curt again!!
