What an unexpected blessing our visit was. I was helped with finding my paint color then my child was able to actually assist in mixing the paint. The hands on experience reminded me of the wonderful visits Mr. Rogers would take to factories and business’s and show us viewer how different products were made. Thank you!

Honestly the best customer service I've received at any retail store I've ever been to. Nic, Jim, and everyone there are all honest, knowledgeable, and have taught me alot in my times chatting with them while the cans are shaking up. Special shout-out to Nic for the help today. It's a cute little store with everything you need for painting, however in there tonite stood at the counter for a number of minutes with 1 can of spray paint, totally ignored by both employees. One was shaking paint and the other carrying stuff from back. Stopped here rather than a big hardware store thinking it would be quicker. Boy was I wrong. Not even a HI! Or I'll be with you as soon as possible....NOTHING. After paying not a thank you or have a nice day. Their customer service often disappoints me but this was very disappointing. The product is a bit more cost at Sherwin Williams, and so I would expect at least an acknowledgement of presence at some point during the shopping experience.However, if you have social anxiety and don't want to be approached by sales people, or talked to by the cashier's, this may be the place for you! When checking out didn't even ask for my phone # for my shopping account with Sherwin Williams.

Very disappointing both times. Never did get any paint there, seemed like he didn't want to help or sell me any. I ended up driving all the way to Albertville Sherwin Williams store each time.I will never go back to Elk River store, 1st time I cut them a break, 2nd time (6 months later) was just as bad. By the way, Albertville Sherwin Williams employees were pleasant, helpful and the paint was great!

Horrible customer service. Lost my order and my paint can that I left with them. Said they'd call me back and never got back to me.
