10/28/23 Whoever you have working in the donation back garage. Guy with glasses. Super rude. I Forgot shoes didn't go in the bin. I apologized offered to help pull them out. He just starts flipping shoes on the ground in front of me. I'm like sorry I can help. Nope I got it he says angry. I said okay well thank you have a good day. He says nothing. Attitude adjustment. 100% or don't have him work with people who are DONATING stuff.

The Elk River Goodwill is pretty good, very friendly staff! They do have high prices, but that fluctuates. I just wish they had the dressing rooms back, but I understand with theft rising more and more why that decision was made. I have been a regular visitor for years, and I am glad this store is in elk river.

High prices, but lots of selection. NO changing rooms! No, it's not at all convenient to "buy it and return it within a week"! Tried things on in the restroom along with 2 other people. Tight space and awkward. Won't shop there again.

They must have had a deal on $8.99 stickers cause that's all I see... price gouging to the extreme that's a shame when you guilt people to add up the total at checkout. I wonder how much the General Manager makes..

I used to love goodwill but will not shop there anymore because their prices are way to high! Everything is donated and they put premium prices on the stuff. T shirts 10 bucks, I get them new at Nike in Albertville for that price. Goodwill, getting to big for your bridges!

Don’t go the Elk River Good will to donate. Been sitting in line for over a half hour waiting. No movement. 10 cars behind me. 3 in front of me. How rude. Go to donate and rice people. Go on break and have some one else cover.

Will not be shopping here anymore. They took out the fitting rooms. The return policy will not allow you to receive a cash refund, they only allow exchanges and you have to pick out what your exchanging it for the same day you bring in the items you want to return. Therefore if I have to buy clothes to without trying them on and they don’t fit I either have to hope there’s something else or cut my losses.

For Goodwill being such a pricey thrift store and them being such a legit business They should probably get stuff to actually wrap your items so they don't break before you even reach the car

They resell you clothes they got for free for almost retail price ;) they don’t even give be these funds to their employees they claim to help develop.Just another chain thrift store that lures you in with deals and the promise that your helping the world by buying clothes when in reality, they are still throwing away massive amounts of clothing and disposing of it in countries we consider third world.A store run by a company that genuinely hates the people they serve ♥️ And we can tell
