Awful customer service. Waited 3plus days for a heart medication. Had to go to ER because of it. They don’t answer the phone and the store manager just blows it off.

Stopped in during a day trip to grab cold meds.
Used the restroom while we were there. Absolutely disgusting. It looks like it has not been cleaned in quite a while. The cashier was very short with the customer ahead of us in line. Maybe should have gone to the CVS next door.

The person who answered the pharmacy phone acted if I was an inconvenience to her. I explained my situation and how I moved, she then told me that I lived no where near this Walgreens and questioned why I even called, keep in mind she only knew the city I live in (6.2 miles is apparently no where near….). Continued with “I guess you’re not making any sense, what do you want?” By this point I should’ve hung up but was honestly in shock with how she talked to me. Seems like this is a common occurrence here… recommend management looks into this :/

Drive-through will scratch and ruin your car and its tires. I, and others, have repeatedly complained about this and they never fix it nor respond. The second drive-through has been closed for months so no other option

After holding on the phone for over two hours to talk with a pharmacist and ensure i could get my medication Walgreens on 26th and Hennepin Ave directed me to York Ave or France Ave to fill the rest. This location (York) proceeded to deny the medication as “non formulary”. I had gotten an override from the insurance company and Dr 90 days ago! “Walgreens doesn’t keep records” Okay well fill the rest of my medications. Mohammed told me to get back in line (I had previously waited 30 minutes) and he would get to the rest of my prescriptions. What’s the point of taking medications to save your life? You will be long dead before Walgreens fills them! My tests today were 600% above the normal range. Tomorrow, I will see how they do NEXT DOOR!!! Life is too short for Walgreens!!

This is not the first time having Rx not filled when the app and texts say it's filled.after waiting for 45 minutes they can't find it with no apology and tell me to get back in line. This pharmacy should be shut down and started with new management. That store manager had no eagerness to resolve the issue, but thankfully did, not requiring me to get back in line to checkout with the Rx that should have been filled ,and gave me some Walgreens points for the inconvenience. The real issue is I had to go to two managers to even get this accomplished. This will be my last time at this pharmacy and will only use Amazon or Target from now on. I have had great encounters through the drive through, but the difference in professionalism and general competency either declines after working there for a long time or there's real morale and policy issues that make it difficult for people to do this job.

Visited this location for the first time today to pick up a photo collage order. Glanced at the order before leaving the store to make sure it was the correct one, and it was. Later, noticed one of the photos looked like it had 'slipped' in that it was lower than the others so not a straight edge like the other 3 sides. I re-ordered the photo and drove back to the store to collect it. When speaking to the cashier, I explained I had received an order that had an issue with the printing, and asked if I could simply exchange it for the one I had now re-ordered (after checking it was correct of course). This staff member appeared very abrupt and rude - pretty much cutting me off and saying she needed to call 'leadership' as only they could talk about cameras (I had said it was a photo order, not a camera that I was picking up). There was no smile, no politeness, no sense that the customer really mattered at all. The supervisor came and resolved the issue quickly - the new photo had printed out fine. I only tried this location because a previous one had also had issues with photos and could never notify me when they were ready. I am learning now not to use Walgreens for photo printing. Being pleasant to customers costs nothing and can make the difference between them returning or never coming back again.

Was very grateful to have a 24-7 pharmacy/walgreens but they do not carry nebulizers and when they do, it’s prescription only. I find this quite dangerous and sad. This costed us a visit to the emergency room.

No update for 24 hours on my daughter's urgent prescription on the app or by phone/automation so I finally waited on hold to talk to someone and whoever answered acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Truly never been treated like this before. I will pick up here this time but will be moving my prescription to another even farther away place that I know treats their customers with respect.

The line to pick up medications can be anywhere from 40 minutes to 1 hour!

DANA the pharmacy manager is truly the rudest human, I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. We get you hate your job, stop taking it out on everyone around you. Just beware if you ask him for assistance on your order he'll probably just interrupt you and talk down to you.

Slowest service ever. I just left the drive through after 25 minutes without my prescription cause I couldn’t do it anymore. I was the 2nd car in line and didn’t see anyone come even approach the first car. I chose to get it delivered for $3.99. Literally the worst Walgreens.
