12450 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka“Initial setup was relatively quick but it took quite a bit longer to make the fiber link which was annoying. However, the service has been perfectly reliable and the upload and download speeds always exceed the rated 500 megs. So, all in all, I love them.As opposed to CenturyLink whose DSL was very slow and amazingly unreliable. I disliked them so much for that, and other reasons, that I had them remove their phone line from my house.In comparison, USI is a knight in white armor.”

He helped me out through all the process and explain to me about the deals/perks the phones will come with, he was patient enough to help me out with my struggles since I tried to pay with 3 separate payment methods and although I struggled, he was patient enough to work with me, I know he mentioned he was just covering today or making some extra hours, he still did an outstanding job helping me out. Even though it's not he's home store since he works at the Lakeville he still did an outstanding job, after he helped me out, another couple of folks walked in and he greeted them inmidiatley and helped out too.

Eduardo assisted us, explained everything to us, answered our many questions, and spent time with us to make sure we understood everything we needed to. “Josh helped us get the info lined up for a a big multiprocessing upgrade knowing he wouldn't get the sale the following day. Mike spent alot of time with us making everything go smooth and easier for us the next day. By far the best customer service I could have expected from both of them. “Service and support is incredible. We've had zero issues with our service and the speeds have been consistent and extremely quick. Today our fiber cable was cut by heavy equipment working at our neighbors house, Gigabit techs were at our house no more than 5 minutes after I talked with customer service. We were without internet for less than 45 minutes! I can't imagine how long we would have been down if we were with one of the big competitors. We will be long time customers.”
“In an outbuilding near Ridgedale Mall. Near iFly. Setup is somewhat like the Apple Store, where you give an employee your name, then wait in line to be called. Once you get a tech, it’s fairly easy to get what you need. (I was there to swap out an old modem).”
“My mom and I went today to get new iPhones. We worked with Gregory and he was fantastic. He explained how there are deals at certain times of the year and while it was totally up to us, it was not the optimal time to get brand new phones if ours were still working. He helped me file a claim for my iphone over the phone with Asurion for the broken camera I had (I pay for insurance on it) and my new phone arrived at my house tonight and the Asurion person who brought it set it up for me as well. He was also really great.
Gregory was kind and honest and explained things in a very non-condescending way that we could follow. I am a millennial- but cannot pretend to know everything about the world of new phones. We will definitely be back (to hopefully see him) when its the right time to get the best deal.
I will also say the entire store and staff was friendly and inviting.”

It was a time consuming customer service appointment (not his fault) and it gave me a chance to watch the interactions with other employees and customers. Needless to say it seems the management focus is sales and not customer service support. Richard went about and beyond and I highly recommend him for technical and billing support.”
