I had a really poor experience with floor expo. Do not get any sort of custom or wood steps installed with this company. We had to get them completely redone by a carpenter at 3X the cost after a botched job included holes in the walls and structural issues. Customer service and follow up was extremely poor. The dates were moved three times due to last minute day of cancellations. I would avoid this place altogether.

Flooring Expo did a wonderful job on the room we had carpeted. The workers were efficient and cleaned up after they finished the job. The employees were very thorough with communication when we had some issues, and took care of things right away.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with Flooring Expo and cannot recommend. First, the salesperson, Justin, oversold and promised a certain install that was not possible (tearing out old hardwood to install floating floor VLT in old kitchen when a glue down would only be possible.)Second, Flooring Expo uses third-party contract installers. The first installer who came out at 11:30am, could barely speak English and was unable to complete the install. After requesting a team of installers, new, knowledgeable installers came out the second time and indicated the job could not be performed as originally planned. We had to scrap the original plan and try something else. Finally, 3 month later, the project was completed on the third try.Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

Kevin and Flooring Expo had exactly what we needed. Kevin was diligent in listening to our needs and budget and finding a perfect match. Price and quality are excellent, and carpet was installed quickly. We are super happy with our new carpet!

Kevin Wright made the whole experience of buying carpet as quick and easy as it could be. He recommended a carpet style that was just right for the bedrooms in my house. He has a very affable nature. Communication was good. And he provided all this service while entertaining my toddler granddaughter! I would definitely use Flooring Expo again.
