Excellent service 95% of the time! Once sat in the lobby waiting for a personal banker. Only one was available and she was too busy gossiping at a teller, who looked miserable and kept glancing at me. 10 minutes wasted

Poor service, dont plan on getting your direct deposit the day it hits your account because their system is so slow it stays pending for days after the fact, so if you get your pay on friday you wont be seeing that money til monday.

Worst bremer location. Not open. No envelopes. Difficult entrance. These are my most common issues with this place between 9 and 5 mon through fri.

After visiting couple other banks trying to help my mother with her Estate planning, our last stop was Bremer (Edina) and I wished it was the first. Their banker was knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to ask questions and explained all our options. We ended up going back to one of he other banks when we realized they made a mistake. I am happy that my mother does her banking with them and I am planning to open my account there.

I went in last Saturday morning and the female teller couldn't even say hello. She looked like she was half asleep and acted as if I was disrupting her. When I finished the transaction, I said, "thank you" and she just said "yep." I didn't love Wells Fargo but their friendliness makes me want to go back.
