Call before you make the trip. Just because they advertise Benjamin Moore paints, doesn’t mean they carry your specific BM “line”.

I bought a couple of Benjamin Moore semi-gloss paints from this store, but they were a bit too shiny compared to other brands we've used before. So I visited the store to see if they would exchange them for satin or issue me a store credit. Apparently, neither of these options was available, and supposedly, it was written on the receipt. The reason I am giving one star is not because of the store policy, but rather because of that one young man with a mustache who lacked customer service skills and spoke to me in a condescending tone, with an apathetic attitude and the look on his face that enraged a customer who was already upset that the paints were useless and there was nothing the store could do.
I don't want to think that his lack of customer service was due to me being Asian.
When I first picked up my order, there were some elderly people helping me, and they were great people. It's too bad that some young kid who doesn't know how to talk to customers ruins the experience with the store.
I am a veteran, and it's only logical for me to use Home Depot, which gives military discounts. So, I won't be coming here ever again.

Incredibly excellent service and professionalism! From our first call, to the salesperson, to installation the process was seamless! Great staff, good variety, not always the quickest but in today's world I believe customer service is much more important than speed. Especially in an industry rocked with disruptions in supply chains. Bill helped me with a few paint matches and had recommendations for things they didn't have in stock. Thank you for your great service.
