For prospective hires:Compared to other LTC pharmacies in the area, Guardian in Eden Prairie is a breath of fresh air. The current staff are welcoming of new talent and there are resources available to allow that talent to thrive. Everyone has their responsibilities; but no one is ever alone or thrown in the deep end by themselves. Actual team work and coworkers help everyday, especially the supervisors who often go above and beyond.The expectations to be successful are minimal, from the drivers, order entry, fullfillment, Pharmacists and everyone between - you just have to show up for work, be productive, be kind.The compensation is competitive (better than similar markets), with much less stress than retail. You can take actual breaks, food and treats are regularly made available, and the working space is large, clean and invitingFor Prospective Customers:You won't find a better or more engaging partnership. I can say Guardian Pharmacy is the best Pharmacy I have seenThey really go above and beyond for their customers. They go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for an honest, professional, and caring Pharmacy look no further, at Guardian Pharmacy,the Manager, the pharmacists, and the staff offer amazing customer service, truly care about their client's well-being, and will do everything that is possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Guardian Pharmacy is one of the best places I have ever worked. Management is fantastic - very caring, understanding, and patient with their training. This pharmacy is full of kind and intelligent employees, who strive to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the work they do. Some great relationships have been built with the facilities serviced by Guardian, and I can attest to the fact that the employees of this pharmacy care deeply about the patients being cared for (as well as their team members!).
