My experience at the Eden Prairie Best Buy Outlet was amazing! The location is really well stocked and everybody I interacted with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a pleasure working through a dishwasher purchase with a very knowledgeable and friendly person by the name of Connor. I was also helped by another fellow employee by the name of Ivan and with their help I was on my way with a new dishwasher in no time. Overall a great experience made even better by the two great employees.

Employees are nice and work quick here!
Only note is the prices are not as cheap as I assumed, but that seems to be the theme everywhere these days.
we went to purchase a used refrigerator, assuming we would find some thing under $600 – but the prices were more $1000+. (only 25-45% mark downs)

They did NOT give us any of the plug-ins for the machine at all. And the toe kick that was with the machine wasn't correct either!

I bought a range here. It was advertised as "good" condition but the ignitor is broken so the oven does not function. It is also dirty and had stains all over. I was told they test all the products to ensure they work; this experience has me thinking they definitely do not test them. Please be careful. Customer service is also terrible; they expect you to fix the problem they caused.
I see that others who have left unhappy reviews have received messages to contact best buy through social media- Best Buy, please do not ask me to contact you through social media, that is ridiculous. I already spent hours of my time this morning and you refused to fix the situation.
Warning to anyone thinking of purchasing appliances through Best Buy that they do not stand behind their products.
