My experience was excellent! However, I was the first customer there when they opened which probably helps since I did not have to wait. Aside from that they had the screen I needed and the repair took just over an hour. I hope I'm not back anytime soon but if another accident happens I know where to go!

For a relatively easy fix like an HDMI port replacement, I was disappointed to learn that it would take 2 weeks to complete. However, for $99 + tax, it's a small inconvenience. Ordering the repair was easy. Unit drop off and pickup was also super easy. Highly recommended.
