We have purchased 4 mattresses, including one for a college bound son. Fair prices, high quality products and friendly staff. We appreciate the no frills and no gimmicks business model. Also, the no returns policy on bedding etc. is good for customers. A return with other places is resold. Kind of gross if you think about it.One suggestion, a customer loyalty program would be appreciated!

It was easy to shop their store and they had great education tools on why I was miserable with my 4 year old slumberland mattress. Delivery guys were very considerate! I loved my experience!

I purchased my new mattress a few months ago from Minnetonka store. I love it and glad I went there. Unlike many places to shop for mattresses there was no pressure or hovering over you. They are prepared to keep you safe when shopping by supplying cover in a new sealed bag to lay on pillow and the mattress.

The only reason I won't give 5 Stars is because The Original Mattress Factory will not reward loyalty! This is the 3rd Mattress in my own home and 2 family members have bought in the last 6 months. They have a great product but need to find a way to reward customers who keep coming back.

The Original Mattress Factory had been recommended to me by my brother. So when I decided to add a bed to a guest room i was creating they came to mind. I wanted a quick an easy purchase. I went to the Eagan store and 15 minutes later I was on my way with a new mattress and box spring in the back of my pickup. I think the woman who was so helpful was "Lora". I hope I have her name right she was so nice and helpful. A great experience and a great mattress. Buy there with confidence.

We have now been to 5 mattress stores and this was the one with the best customer service. Tim was not pushy, exceptionally knowledgeable, and handled all of our questions very well. We felt comfortable leaving in order to discuss the options and wound up returning the same day to purchase a mattress we are very excited about. Would highly recommend!

Bought a nice king sized mattress last week. In store customer service was great. Delivery was on-time. They took my old mattress away and I love the new one. I'll definitely shop there again in the future.

We got a bed from here a few weeks ago. We were helped by persephenie. She was awesome and very knowledgeable about the bed process at the store. She explained on detail what set them apart from other places. She also let us lay and roll around on every bed in the store. We had to simulate sex positions and how we slept every night so we could .get a good feel....again dont judge me because I need to know what my leverage will be. She also went over pricing with us and ultimately upgraded us from a queen to a California king since we needed to be mindful of space slash width. After a few weeks we are delighted with the bed and cant wait to stop writing this review so we can use it. Again ...wink ...wink.

Delivery drivers do not yield the right of way when departing this parking lot. Would never shop here due to company's complete disregard for safety of others.
