It is great to deal with people who lay out what you can expect, when to expect the results, and then beat them. My car was picked up and dropped off as promised AND my driver sent me a picture of the car sitting EXACTLY where it needed to be. He did a great job. I will definitely use this company again should the need come up.

rudest people I've ever dealt with. trying to get a dispute settled with them after not receiving a service from this establishment and I was called names, hung up on, they called ME BACK just for me to be hung up on some more. I wouldn't recommend this company to a soul on earth. ever.

Cody did an awesome job towing my car. He happened to be right down the road from me. I even cancelled the tow after realizing my car came with an emergency tire repair kit. The kit failed to keep my tire inflated. I called Cody back - he answered quickly and was at my car 10 min later giving me a tow. Excellent service, very professional.

I was originally happy to use this business as he was giving me a great price I was told several times my car would be towed that night because I had an appointment in the morning, I was nervous about paying ahead as I didn’t want to get scammed the owner then convinced me to pay and the driver would call upon his arrival I stayed up until 3AM and nobody came and no communication I then called several times and it went to voicemail and I couldn’t leave a message as the mailbox was full If you own a business and you know you didn’t call me why are you not responding finally at 9:10 the driver shows up. Dino was very sweet and respectful and HIS CUSTOMER service gets 5 stars I also texted the owner. He still never called never apologized nothing! I will never use them again nor refer anybody else to them.Service: Car towing

Cody is so awesome! I had a bad experience with a different company a few days ago so I was a little nervous but the difference was night and day. I felt so safe and taken care of. Plus he arrived so fast! I knew I was in good hands and will definitely recommend not only Cody but the company as a whole to anyone who needs these services and will use them again myself in the future! :)

My car died because of a bad alternator and it was my first time having to get my car towed. Called a few different towing places for eta wait times and prices. I called when my battery died on the highway in a dangerous place. Cody answered and responded to my location within 15 minutes. He’s knowledgeable, fast, and careful. Superior towing came to the rescue today! Vehicle was not starting and was blocking the exit of an apartment building, so needed a service that could get it out of the garage and onto the tow truck. BJ knew exactly what to do and was able to quickly move the vehicle so it could be towed. He communicated regularly as he was on his way in rush-hour traffic and was delayed, and on top of knowing his stuff, he was just a great human being. Definitely adding Superior to my contact list for any future needs.
