I was having trouble with my car overheating, come to find out my caliper was locked up. They got me in in a pinch when they were already busy and got me on the road as quick as they could. They gave me a very reasonable quote and stuck to it. Friendly service and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt very well taken care of here! I would highly recommend them. I had so many bad dealership experiences and I’d come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you guys!

I have nothing but positive things to say. A month ago i had a standard oil change at a dealership. They forgot to put the dipstick back and as a result oil sprayed out over the engine, and water entered the dip stick hole from a carwash. My dad told me to bring my truck here and I was so impressed. Dan quickly got my truck in, fully flushed the oil and replaced and documented everything very well for me to bring back to the dealership. I will be going here for my mechanic needs from now on and no longer the dealership

They are awesome. This incident occurred on March 13,2024. My son has a 2022 chevy diesel pickup and it was serviced at a local Chevy Dearlship, a few weeks ago. We decided we should check the oil level, as it's prudent to do so. Upon looking at the dip stick for the oil, it was 11 inches or more out of tube, not nearly seated. As he gets multiple car washes per week, we were concerned about water intrusion into the oil. The oil dip stick was covered with a very "silver" looking thick goo substance. There was oil everywhere underneath the hood, along the radiator area, and local to the tube, where the oil dip stick goes. The engine bay area was a oily mess. (Thanks Dealership)
I immediately called Dan, as I have been going there for several years, yet I am not one to write tons of reviews. He advised that if we could get the vehicle over to him, he would have it taken care of by the next day. I got the vehicle over to him about 4:35 pm 3-13-2024. He came out and looked at the engine bay area and was also concerned about possible water in the oil. He suggested to drain the current oil and place in a container. Then, put in diesel oil, drain that, then refill with recommended oil and a new filter.
He called me around noon on 3-14-2024 and said the vehicle was all set to go. Dan added, that when they removed the oil drain plug the gasket was torn/ripped. (Wow Dearlship, THANKS again) Dan reinstalled the drain plug with a new gasket. He cleaned up underneath the hood, and cleaned up the oily mess in the engine bay area. These guys went above and beyond expectations and I really appreciate all they did. It is sad when we visit a Dearlship and the result of the work is subpar at best. I understand we are all human, however, if you notice a gasket torn, walk over to parts and get a new one! I am a Repair Rite customer for life, and I will never forget what Dan and his team, did for me. My son said he is done with the Dearlship, and is now bringing his truck to Dan.
I took a copy of the repair order and the container of oil back to the Dearlship. I gave the items to the service manager. He said his people were a good team. I added, I understand we are all humans and mistakes can occurr. I told him, I do take issue when the oil drain plug was reinstalled with a torn gasket. He made no reposponse. We are awaiting a response from the Dearlship ______. I added to the service manager, that with the paperwork trail they have, it should be fairly easy to see whom serviced this vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience with this Repair Rite location last week or so. When I was driving from Faribault to Brooklyn Center, my undertray (a big plastic part that keeps road debris, salt, etc from gunking up the undercarriage) had come loose and began dragging under my car in the highway. There was no way I could drive all the way home like that. I was lucky to have serendipitously pulled off on this particular exit and into the lot of this business. The gentlemen working on this day graciously helped me by lifting my car and removing it so I could drive home safely. They were so kind and polite. I don't live in this area but if I did, they would be my go-to for car repair. I may just make special trips to this location for detailing or oil changes because of this experience.
