Horrible customer service. I came in this weekend, and the staff was preoccupied with having conversations amongst themselves rather than providing customer service or learning about the products they were selling. Don’t waste your time or money—all in-store items can be found online for cheap.

Mens pant sizes incorrectly labelled, items on sale deceptively advertised.
Today I visited the store and had to try on an exorbitant amount of pants to find a pair that fit. After being scoffed at by one of the employees, I found out that my challenges resulted from pants not being labeled correctly (see picture, for example, where 3 pants of the same size and fit all differ in length, up to 4"). Unlike everything else in the store, I later found out that men's pants were not on sale.

Guter Store. In jedem Outlet in USA offenbar gleich gross und leider überall keine attraktiven Angebote. Kann man in Europa günstiger kaufen. Schade.
