I love their selection for the whole family. The service is lacking. No one acknowledges you when you walk in and you have to track someone down to help the simplest of questions. Nice clothes, not so nice service.

Clerk/manager totally freaked out and yelled at my wife, daughter and their friends for trying on too many clothes this past Friday night. Rage came out of nowhere and he threatened to call the cops if they didn’t leave. This group of girls/women is about as low-key/low-drama as you’ll meet so be careful if heaven forbid, you want to try on clothes in a clothing store. Apparently it’s a “waste of their resources”…

Awesome deals on men's jeans, pants and flannels! (40-60% off) Helpful sales people! Neat, tidy, organized store. Teacher discount is given as well, nice added bonus for the pocketbook ?. JCrew's clothes are well made, true to size, fit beautifully. Will shop there again in the future.
