“Helpful. Worker was friendly and provided good customer service. I had a UPS QR Scan return (which was not accepted at this site). The worker helped problem solve to cancel my return then restart it (choosing the print label option). Saved me a 4 mile drive up the hill.”

I called on the way and Tessa picked up. I was a bit anxious about shipping an expensive musical instrument and wanted to make sure this store was capable. I could instantly tell she was going to make sure I was taken care of. When I arrived, she could tell I was the one who called and she was able to get me started within seconds of walking in. Genuinely cool person :)
Zen really impressed me too- highly intelligent with a great work ethic.
Binod was also warm and friendly. He seemed quite experienced and was able to confidently answer any tricky questions that came his way.

“Our Duluth, MN main post office is excellent. They’re friendly, helpful, and usually we’ll-staffed when you go there in person. It is very frustrating that nobody answers the phone. We have a lot of issues with our letter carrier on Goat Hill and there is no way to resolve it. Overall they’re very good though. Thank you for your good work!”
“It's very far out of the way for someone who doesn't have a vehicle. It's also the only actual FedEx ship center in Duluth. That being said, the service there is incredible! I'm usually in and out in under 3 minutes, and the guy that's usually at the desk is super nice.”

“Charlie Beckham the UPS Store Manager in Duluth, MN was truly amazing! Charlie helped me on 8/7/24 and 8/9/24. I was going through a difficult family situation and sending family treasures to my home in AZ. Charlie was very kind, professional and so patient! Packing my large oil paintings was not an easy job and he was so good at what he was doing and with a positive attitude! Excellent customer service like Charlie provided is rare to find today!
