Myself and other people I’ve talked to about this specific place never have good experience. The staff doesn’t help much and are always rude especially to other stores and we hear them talking bad constantly. Great clothes not good service. The manager isn’t great. Every time someone tries to bring attention to the issue nothing is done.

So awful. The owner is rude and stares at you forcefully to buy something. She treats her employees like slaves. She doesn't take care of herself. She's always slurring her words as if she's on medication or drunk or even high. She runs the store like a dump. Her sister came in one day and was all over the place telling me how much she loved the dress I was holding then wanted me to get the shoes I was trying on. Give me some space and let me decide for myself! The fitting rooms were creepy because not even a second I get in there, she's already knocking on the door "is everything looking good?" "Can I see?" I saw a camera peeking through as looked in the mirror!!! As if I would steal a very overpriced item. Oh yes! Overpriced! Skip!

absolutely horrendous customer service, my friends and I will never be shopping here again.we placed an order for rings when ordering the person helping had no idea what she was doing. we where told to pick up all we needed was the phone number the order was under. when we tried to pick up the order the "owner" of this location was incredibly rude to , refused to let us pick up our order with out receipt , lied to us about what we had been previously. all together a horrible experience . do not recommend this store, they need a new manager .

Customer service is appalling. Every experience I've been in here they treat me like I'm going to steal. Owner is rude and I've never heard anything good come out of her mouth, including to her employees. Two bad experiences in the past couple months with the owner, last experience was a few days ago. Will not return. Love other Apricot Lanes.

The owner Wendy Myers kept giving me super rude looks when I would come out of the dressing room. Not only did I try on multiple things, I felt pressured to buy something as “things will be going fast”. A couple months went past and I went into the store to purchase some pandora when I saw the same shirt and skirt I tried on still sitting there. I asked an employee if they restock on the same items and size and they said they never have the same stuff in store. The prices are ridiculously high and after feeling pressured to buy things, Apricot Lane will never have my business again. Work on your business skill Wendy and maybe you will actually have some sales.

I called with a question about my Pandora bracelet with a clasp that needed to be repaired or replaced and talked with an extremely emotionally intelligent young woman who walked me through the steps I needed to take. She was really helpful and I was impressed with her knowledge about the product.
