The wait time is 60-90 minutes often because this place seems more like a social club than a business. Be aware if you’re on any schedule that this location is more for the elderly in the area or thosewho don’t have a schedule

I went there 15 minutes before closing, and they helped me right away on a Saturday. The service was great, the stylist who helped me was very pleasant and very efficient.

Called to make an appointment. I am told they don't accept appointments and it is walk-in only.Show up at 6pm, the time I wanted to make an appointment for, and am told they are booked up for the night with over an hour wait time.Would not recommend. Keep getting your business from your regulars. I hope it keeps you afloat. I will go with somewhere that respects my time.

My girl asked for a trim and to add some layers but got in return a chop cut no layers were add also the lady asked if she wanted product then went to the back out of sight with some foreign substance and proceeded to very roughly comb through her hair with her fingersService: Haircut

I waited 79 minutes to get my haircut upon checking in. Then I received a text notification to show up in 15 minutes. However, they claimed that because I showed up at 7:02, 2 minutes after closing, they would not get my haircut. I will never go here againService: Haircut

My brother with Down syndrome was denied service for not being able to sit on his own! Rude staff. Would not recommend

My 1 year old baby brother with Down syndrome was turned away and refused service! All because my my mom said she would need to hold him while he got his cut. They said their policy states that babies need to sit alone without moving. (This is not true!!) extremely disappointed. They also have very rude staff. I've never heard anyone say anything nice about their service. Will be contacting the better business bureau.
