I was a little nervous about coming here but I wanted a basic cut and after reading reviews I booked an appointment with Amanda, a master stylist with good reviews. When I got there that is definitely not who I was put with. Instead I got En, but decided not to say anything and hoped for the best. It was one of the quickest hair cuts of my life, extremely rushed. I got home and realized my hair was extremely choppy and uneven. There were even some sections that were missed and a couple inches longer than the rest. With the help of my husband we trimmed them so I could at least put it in a pony without looking awful. It was one of the worst cuts I’ve ever gotten. I won’t be back.

Stylist: Katt yelled at me in front of everyone. I havent been back since, 2 yrs about. I liked the way she cut my hair, but if i couldnt get her, they w give me someone else, twice. Both of the stylists didnt cut my hair right, so i came in to have it fixed. Katt yelled at me at the top of her voice, that I always come in, and complain. In front of everyone. She wanted to humiliate me.I wanted to tell owner, but didnt know how to locate her. I got the nerve up to go in and get eyebrows and lip waxed. Havent done it yet, but if I see her I probably wont.

Service was good. The only complaint is please get new chairs for when you have to bring customers to the sinks. The chairs are much lower than the sinks and so you end up sitting in an uncomfortable position because you are having to extend your neck to reach the sink while your body is lower than the sink. A day after getting my hair washed I ended up having a sharp pain from my shoulder to my neck because my body was uneven when getting my hair washed which affected my everyday usual activities like driving and going to work. I cannot turn my neck or lift my head up I cannot get out of bed or lay down without a sharp pain. I just asked that any salon not just this
salon have salon chairs that rise up so your body is even to prevent injuries.

Ive finally found a place to trust with my hair.
Specialties: I get my gray covered with permanent hair color, then highlights & cute cut & style even for my size & age.
Hair type: My hair is coarse & gray. On top its now straight but wavy to curly from above my ears down & the whole back. My stylist works with the cut & usually works in product to get more curls to make it look consistent .

Update:
The owner did reach out and we had a very pleasent conversation. I am satisfied with the outcome from speaking to the owner.
I went in to have my long hair cut to shoulder length. I went to Aubrey and she did a fantastic job so she gets 4 stars but I needed to have a small alteration done by making it more rounded on the corners instead of straight and a blunt layer blended. I saw Kat for this and well she made a simple thing into only wearing hats now. I have figured out that she did an upside-down U. So cut off 4 plus inches in the middle of the back legnth. I DID NOT ASK FOR AN UPSIDE-DOWN U. Was suppose to round the corners. How she got u shape as upside-down is beyond me. She also thinned out my hair in the back which I did not ask for nor would I have agreed to and was only told she was blending the layers. I showed Kat top legnth by pulling hair straight up and she explained why that was due to my side part and i understood. She said she would blend it slightly, well she cut it to the shortest legnth. I got the feeling she wasnt in that great of a mood and my hair suffered for it. She did not listen and totaly botched my hair. It had taken me little over 2 years to get my thickness and legnth back from thyroid issues and now I just want to shave my head because of the damage she did. I only grow 4 inches per year. Totaly regret trying to get a minor alteration done.
Aubrey you were and are wounderful and Im sorry I didnt come when you were there to make a slight adjustment. I was embarrassed and did not want you to feel bad. If I do return I will see Aubry again. She listens great and has the best upbeat attitude and just wants you happy.

I had an excellent time with Nika in Crystal, MN! She was so friendly and personable! She's an absolute surgeon with the shears yall! Wasn't afraid to take it short with me! I absolutely adore her!
