“We went to Bob's to shop for a full length mirror and we ended up buying a whole new set of furniture. We worked with Mark. He is an awesome salesman. He was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, and prepared. He was measuring for us and presented different options until we were able to come up with the perfect match for our home. He did not pressure us and gave us time to ourselves to discuss our desires by ourselves. Once we decided what we wanted to do he made it very easy to order, pay and set up delivery. Once we got home we decided to change our delivery date and he made the whole process super fun and easy. Ron who was the store manager was also very helpful. Explaining in detail our full order and making sure we knew all the ins and outs. They were very professional. I would highly recommend working with Mark if you decide to shop here. He is AWESOME!!”

We ended up but 2 used lazy boys that hands NO wear/tear that could be seen except on the handle that reclines the chair. They don't always have used items but sometimes you get lucky. “I believe this location is a hidden gem. I know it serves a big area but it was very calm when I visited. Saturday evening and it was easy shopping. This place looked like an outlet the way the product was stacked and overflowing on the shelves. As a customer you love to see it but I know it has to be a pain to the staff. I wouldn't mind doing my shopping here on a regular basis if this is the norm. It's not the biggest location but big enough to enjoy and get what you need. I will take a location that's this size if the shelves are going to be packed to the brim like they are at this location. Parking was easy, a bit of a maze to get in and out but nothing crazy. I'll be back for sure.”

“Two things: 1) the bathrooms are now clean and no longer smell terrible.
2) the number of items limit on self-checkout is acceptance IF additional cashiers are added. This didn’t happen at my last experience but I’m hopeful it will get better.”
