I've never had a problem with Skechers shoes. But when I had to exchange a pair I ordered online I was really disappointed in the woman that did my exchange. She didn't have a nametag on ,but she was maybe about 40 and had a tattoo on her neck. She was so rude and was unwilling to actually help me properly. The shoes are $5 cheaper in store than what I paid online. So I figured I'd return then buy at store price. She wouldn't let me. She just was too lazy to have an extra step to do. It was only $5, but she acted like I was taking money from her. She was so passive aggressive and condescending.
She needs a refresher course on customer service.

We each found a pair of shoes we got. However, they do a buy one get second one half price which I do not like. Normally I only want one pair and I feel like this is a way for them to advertise a deal that's not really a deal. ( If you're buying an extra pair to get money off)

Sometimes it's hard to find any one yo help you I had to go to the cashier to have some put out a shoe very top that I can't reach
