I pre-paid $30 for gas inside the store and also bought a food item for $2.99 on 5/4. My total was 33.24. Later that night I go to check my bank account I was charged $33.24 and $34.24. Will be going to the bank first thing Monday morning. I pre-paid cause I know they hold an extra $100 on your account. Never have I been charged twice like this for pre-paid gas purchase. So annoying and inconvenient.

I reside near this gas station and often visit during late hours. Unfortunately, my encounters with a female staff member have consistently been unpleasant, ranging from unfriendly glances to complete silence at her register. Due to these discomforting experiences, I've chosen to avoid this location. Consider hiring individuals who genuinely enjoy their work to enhance customer satisfaction.

Unnecessary and pathetic that the store is not open 24 hours, Off of Main Road.... I can understand in a small town or far out in the North but not this location. Very poor management decision.I guess I know never to stop here again or recommend this quick trip to anybody.

This store picks and chooses when they are open and closed. Then they try to network with the police and community engagement members who push propaganda for criminal groups inside of our state.

It was a beautiful sunny day when I stopped into Kwik Trip for my weekly cherry fountain soda. As I was going to put the cherry syrup into my cup, the cherry sprayed all over my clothing. I had just gotten the sweatshirt I was wearing from an expensive touristy shop in Nisswa. The manager Sara; was so helpful. She immediately offered to buy me a new sweatshirt from where I got mine. I gave her the details of the shop. She quickly contacted them and asked them to send out a new sweatshirt. The incident happened on a Monday and I had my sweatshirt on Thursday. I was so grateful for her help. Sara was truly amazing in how she took care of everything without me even asking. I'll keep coming back weekly, as usual!
