Back in December, I ordered 10 pairs of Carhartt pants in my usual size. This was my first time buying Carhartt since they introduced the new sizing options (slim, regular, and loose fit). Unfortunately, all the pants arrived about 2 inches too long.Determined to find the right fit, I recently made the trip to this location with my giant box of pants. Traffic was awful, and I only arrived 15 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the employee working there, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful.Chris was incredibly patient and understanding, even though I showed up last minute with a large box of pants to exchange. He took the time to explain the new sizing options and helped me find the perfect fit for me so I could order from their website since the store is about an hour drive for me.He even went above and beyond by explaining their free zipper/button and repair program – something I wasn't aware of before. I never felt rushed, even though I ended up leaving 20 minutes after closing time!This experience is a testament to the great employees at Carhartt. Chris's kindness, knowledge, and patience made a huge difference in my shopping experience. Highly recommend this store!

The gentleman working last night was very helpful, kind to my children by acknowledging them and answering their questions as well. We will undoubtedly be back to this store regularly. I have not purchased an item yet in the last 30+ years that I wasn't impressed with. Especially the quality of it from Carhartt.

My wife and I both work in professional retail sales, and have for a number of years. We had a very genuine conversation after visiting here today and came to the conclusion that it was probably the worst sales experience we have ever had. We walked in, and all of the employees were talking with each other, which in and of itself is great! It's good to have employees that like each other. However, we were only greeted with a, "Welcome in." and nothing else. Typically, one person should break off from the group and ask if we need anything. We walked around for about 10 minutes looking at the products, and then the next shift of employees came in. My wife was looking at overalls and sweatshirts, she had samples of both in hand. Someone in the next shift immediate comes up and asks if my wife wants her to bring her items to a fitting room, and she accepts. Another woman who saw this interaction came up to my wife and said, "If you're having trouble with the height of the overalls and getting them on we also have a stool you can use to pull them up, otherwise the fitting rooms are just down to the right." As she is finishing up, the original employee comes back with a random pair of pants and says, "I really think you should look at these, I'm short like you, and I thought I would hate them at first, but they look really good on me, so I know they will look good on you." A. I don't know why the employees kept on bringing up her height, I thought it was weird, and so did she. B. Going from zero offer of assistance to getting double teamed was jarring, and did not flow well. C. It is basic sales skills that you should qualify the customer, ask what they are looking for, observe what they have already looked for, and THEN make a recommendation. The first girl that brought the unasked for pants definitely seemed new, but if she is that new, then she should have shadowed for longer, and had another employee shadowing her when she was engaging with customers on the floor. The fitting rooms also had the worst mirrors we've ever used, and the worst lighting possible. It was borderline mood lighting. I hate to be so negative, but frankly I wanted to just order everything online afterwards because of how bad it was, but I want to support brick and mortar as much as possible. I will future reference be shopping for their products at locations that just carry the products. I will never walk into another one of these stores again.

Went into the store looking for 3 items and it took nearly an hour standing in line after finding them in the first 2 minutes. The employees were complaining about gift cards while a line backed up to about 20 people. I will just order online next time

First time there. Nice little place, but the fragrance they had going made it hard to stay in the store. Very sensitive to smells, and most of the time, i get migraines from perfumey stuff. Tried not to stay there too long

3 customers in the store 5 employees - no service for me. No great, no questions, just nothing. Walked around for 5 minutes not a single person asked me if I was looking for something or needed help.

Had them hold a coat for me,since it was the first place I had shopped. Went to several other stores and came back to Carhartt because it was the wisest choice for a winter coat. Added a pair of gloves and a hat to complete my shopping ? Great Customer Service and a Clean store ?
