I don't much care for this particular store cause thee employees don't greet us at all an they don't ask if you need any kind a assistance & I felt like they were purposely not trying to help my husband when he asked about something or he needed help finding an item or had a few questions h he was told too just read theeee directions or something to the effect of it being pretty much self explanatory like he should have automatically just known how to fix the part that's broken on our vehicle or that he should just auto matically have known how the sealant stuff he was looking for and than even while he's spose to be helping my husband or trying to explain how he should use on our Truck like how many bottles he should buy the guy acted like he was bothered by it an my husband thought maybe it was because he was a black man in the store and the reason that he thought that was because of the fact that he was smiling and laughing with a customers when we first came in the store but my got nothing like that not even A hi how you doing, do you need help with finding any thing today nope instead he was just ignored unless he asked for some barely there assistance. That is why I am only giving this O'Reilly'ṣ location a 2 star rating an a semi negative review 2 go along with it because a theeeee way my husband was being treated......
