Signed up in February 2022 when they were undergoing construction. Was told when I signed up that the price I pay will be grandfathered in when construction is complete. Looks like that was a lie. The receptionist even told me today that it would be grandfathered if I was a resident of Lino Lakes. I said I was and she just went back on her word and says I don’t apply. The second she backtracked I just canceled my membership.Please in the future be more truthful. Now you are charging more than the YMCA with less amenities.

Super bad communication. Signed up 3 and a half months ago, was charged earlier than we had talked about in person, was told they were giving me a lower rate. The paper I filled out claimed I would receive the prorated amount back after it went threw in their system, never received anything, I called and was told I would receive a phone call back, no one ever called, called them this morning and was told I didn't qualify to receive a prorated amount back. I'm going through the legal way to get my refund back now.Endurance fitness is a scam.Plus the fact that not more than 6 people canbe in the weight lifting area at a time and that it use to be 24 hour fitness and to do classes it's extra.You charge 3-4× as much as the one down the road and the one down the road has a pool, jacuzzi, multiple showers and bathrooms & 3× the space to work out.If you're cutting out more than half of the things you use to give out at your "fitness" scam, you need to lower the price, just like all the other businesses did after Covid-19.You have no deals, and you're staff are not trained well.
