I went in for a simple document print pickup. They messed up my order so I had to drive back, and then they were unable to reprint the files correctly. They charged me for the service and said when I got home I should resubmit the files to make sure they are not corrupted. I did this and their printer was still unable to print the documents. They said there was an error with their system and I would have to go back to the store for a refund of $2.90. At this point, I spent more on the gas from each trip than I did the actual product. I left without the product and wasted a few hours of my day. The photo people were nice but the lady at the register was rude. Moral of the story, if you want a job done right, go to CVS.

The pharmacy is the worst you will ever go to. A lot of times your doctor office has to resend prescriptions because they “don’t receive them”. They take hours and hours or don’t fill until after the day they get the prescription. Calling them to try and make sure your prescription is there is pointless because they just keep putting you back on hold and never ever actually say anything or speak to you. Not even a “hello”. Just on hold forever until you decide to hang up. No matter how many times a day or what time of day you call, that’s all you get. I only use this pharmacy when I absolutely don’t want drive to waconia to go to my normal pharmacy and honestly I should just take the extra time to drive because it takes more time to get the prescription from Walgreens just up the street then it does for me to go to waconia.

Followed my prescription on the app, waited for 5 minutes in the drive through, and was greeted by a friendly young lady! Very good experience, will use again!

They gave me a prescription that causes my kidneys to shut down and when I tried to return it the young lady at the counter refused and threatened to call the manager on me, I never even left the store with it!! I will not be going back there again I would be giving less than 1 star if I could. Terrible service

Good people working there but understaffed. Now they have temporarily shut it down. Now I have to have my Dr transfer all my prescriptions, what a hassle.

Spent almost 2hrs on hold trying to figure out why they keep delaying my Rx. Over 30mins into 1st time calling someone picked up the phone said NO and hung up..... Unprofessional and disrespectful.. I need my medications and I'm not trying to get other people sick going and standing in store..
2nd time on hold. Someone just picked up and all I hear is. Out it back on hold it's almost 8.

Review ratings should include a zero or negative number. If they did, Walgreens would receive a Negative mark from me!!!
Last night I was on hold for 57 minutes - Walgreens NEVER did pick up - they merely closed. For an hour, they completely ignore their Customers. Now that's "Customer Service". WOW!
Just now got off the phone with a Pharmacist. - another 25 minute wait. This time the Pharmacy
actually picked up. After resolving being given the wrong medication, I explained being on hold last night for 57 min and rather than answer my call, instead, they closed their store!!
With NO Remorse or Apology, she answered they were "Severely understaffed" and give attention to those who come in to the store - not on the phone - that phone calls are their lowest priority.
She suggested next time, I not wait on hold so long and to call back another time! I asked the Pharmacist if this was her "apology." She gave No comment...
Dear Walgreens:
There won't be a "next time". I'm done with you!
And here's an idea. Cut your Millionaire CEO's Pay and give it to acquire desperately needed Staff. Time you Address and DO something about your HORRID Customer Service!

Worst Walgreens ever, and they joke and laugh behind the pharmacy desk when people need there meds in a long line.They won't give out emergency supplies when your out of meds. communication is horrible. Shut this Walgreens down. I'm calling Walgreens headquarters, and complaining to the BBB.
