I called auto imports and they got me in and had if fixed within a couple of hours for under $300, which was the maximum price they gave me

affordably priced service. They even warned me that having too much weight on my lanyard that was connected to my keys could cause the ignition key to fail, which I didn't know! Definitely had my best interest in mind.”

“I feel really lucky to have met Rick. He is very kind, honest, and offered me a reasonable price. My car was making noise when accelerating, and I was quite worried about it. After the inspection, he fixed the noise in my car perfectly with just around a $5 hose clamp and said everything eles was fine. His general inspection clearly did something for my car, and both the brake and noise issues were resolved. I'm glad to find shop I can trust, and I will recommend R&S to my neighbors and friends.”

My 4 friends do not drive. Every summer, I pick them up, and they camp on my farm. We always have a good time doing stuff they never get to do otherwise. They were really excited for the weekend.
This year, my truck broke down as I was heading to the last guy's place. I limped into Wildwood and they were busy, of course. They took the time to diagnose, which didn't take long. Front axle. They were full till Wednesday, so camping was done.
We were trying to figure out what to do when they told us they could get it done today. We couldn't believe it. Wildwood obviously went out of their way to save our trip.
We walked to Donatellis for lunch and walked back to Wildwood. The truck was repaired and ready. Camping started late, but it happened. The guys had a great time and the 1.5 hour ride each way was uneventful.

He was very prompt to let me know the issue, and how unsafe it could be to drive home. His team took pictures, and explained everything thoroughly. He didn't want me to feel pressured to have his team to fix the issue, but knowing I had to get back home for work, he ordered the parts just in case I needed them. “Sat for 45 minutes in Valvoline instant oil Change on Broadway Avenue in Forest Lake. Moved 1 car, to get the oil changed. Then you have dummies in the line not pulling ahead like doofuses. So I spun out of there and head to FOREST LAKE JIFFY LUBE. Richard and The Assistant Manager, Tbow, were awesome. Got 3 filters replaced, and a full synthetic oil change, in less time than I waited at Valvoline. A lot cheaper too. Valvoline ? You are paying for the name of the oil over Jiffy Lube, and the service is so much better at Jiffy Lube. And QUALITY is Top Notch at Jiffy Lube. Thanks Jiffy Lube. I will be back ever 5k miles.

Additionally, he noticed that my engine was idling slow, did some quick research, and fixed the problem! The service was great, the communication was great, and the price was very reasonable.
