Just exceptional. Jake and Joe had me picked up and to the shop in about 30 minutes. Couldn't believe how fast, professional and courteous they were. Highly highly recommend.

I was out of town when my son called with an emergency. Joe came out, helped my son late at night, and provided me with great assurance and communication during and afterwards. I really appreciate Joe helping assist in a stressful situation.

I would highly recommend using Luther when you need a tow!! My 19 Daughter was on her way back to the U. She ran over an ICE ROCK that blew up her front right tire. Of course it was - 7pm on a Sunday night and it was -15'. Luther came within 40 mins to put the spare on and get my daughter back on the road. Thats not the end of the story. The spare needed air and she had trouble at the gas station filling the the spare. I called Luther Towing back and they sent the Tow truck driver back to help her!! Thank you for being there for my daughter!!

Cameron was extremely helpful when my vehicle had issues after I landed at Minneapolis airport. He was prompt and communicated with me during his travel to come to my aid. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was good to go and that I was able to drive it before he left. Thank you Cameron.

Cameron from Luther came to help me out of a terrible hit and run situation. When the car wouldn’t restart with a faulty parking break he did everything to get my car into a safe space and out of traffic. Will definitely be using Luther again if I need a tow!

After waiting on AAA for 45 minutes with no contact other than an automated message saying they are running behind we called Luther. We were immediately helped and told we could lock and leave the car and it would be towed to the shop of our choice. Amazing customer service. We were able to talk to a human being within 30 seconds of calling.
