Son upgraded his phone and the discount that was promised was not given. Called store talked to Nikki and she stated she will submit a form to get the discount corrected. She said she would callback but never did. I called Verizon corporate and it took 1 hour and 14 mins talking to two people to get this fixed. Will not be using them locally any further.

Val and her team went over and above. There was 45 minutes until close and they told me to swing in so I could switch carriers. They stayed a bit after hours as well. Appreciate all of their help!
