From start to finish the lack of knowledge, competence, and customer service equated to the worst experience I have had when attempting to obtain new glasses and contacts. From ordering the wrong prescription to handing over a new pair of glasses without even a fitting or a case the indifference was astounding. To top it off, a confirmed appointment to speak with a customer service rep regarding the situation was never initiated by their so-called service team and they subsequently blocked any attempts to contact them stating the request was closed. The only thing closed is my wallet which will never again give this Target optical my business ever again!

Every time I go in Target this store is always messy! Employees have just walked by and did nothing. And on top of it, there are a handful of employees are just unfriendly.

Just moved to the area and was surprised how clean this location is compared to the twin cities. Clean well stocked and very friendly associates. Glad I tried it out and will be a go to location

The atmosphere is great among all of the employees, managers, assistant managers, everyone! Whenever I need help, everybody is willing to assist me in finding what it is I need. They are so kind and happy most of the time...lol They're all great!

My mother and I both needed to use the smart karts, the one wouldn’t keep going, with a full charge.The isles were so close together, we kept hitting everything while trying to maneuver through the different departments.Not likely to return.
