Spoke with Patrick, the owner about working on my Ram 3500. He suggests I bring it by so he can look at it. After my wife and I drive out there, his mechanic Mike says they can't work on it because its too heavy for their lift. Seriously? Half the world drives trucks these days and their lifts aren't up to the task? Don't bother taking your trucks there.

Terrible customer service. Subpar mechanical work at best. Does not make you any type of priority after they knowingly completed the work incorrectly. This in turn left a customer stranded in sub freezing temperatures.

The worst customer service you will ever receive. The "mechanics" who can barely change an air filter on a Corolla seem to hate conversing with any customers. Don't have a job or business where you have to manage customers if you're that miserable. If you were paid for a job previously and it's abundantly clear that YOUR BUSINESS installed the parts incorrectly, that customer should be a priority, especially when they're left stranded in negative temperatures. Do not spend your money or trust this business, you will regret that decision.

Everyone here is great! Saved my engine from a blowout after noticing an issue I didn't go in for. Issue was caused by a valvoline oil change that wasn't properly wrapped up. Took the time to show me what happened and fixed it.
