Test drove two trucks an hour before close on Thursday. Got some preliminary numbers for one of the trucks I liked and got a print of those numbers to take home since they were closing and we weren’t going to finalize anything then. Friday morning, i send an email saying that I would like to come by and buy one of the trucks but hoping to get a little more on my trade. I get ZERO response from anyone. I literally say I will come by today to buy the truck, all they have to do is respond back but they can’t do that. I have shifted my focus elsewhere on finding a truck

So after 6 months of our jeep waiting on parts (back ordered via the plant) we finally got it back this afternoon. This situation could have been absolute hell for my wife and I. The 5 stars from this review is for our service tech Shane S. He did an incredible job communicating, flexing us a bigger loaner car, and being honest with us through the whole process. Our repairs will be staying with Buffalo Jeep as long as Shane is there. Thank you again!!

A few months ago, I was informed my horn on my truck that sounded weird would be replaced under warranty and my extra Zurich insurance. I was never called to let me know the replacement came in. I called and scheduled for the appointment today and I was billed $255, I was there for 30 mins, yet labor was $365 due to “diagnostics”. Don’t let them “take care of it for you” unless you typically write blank checks.
