This place is incredible. Got a quote for a bumper repair, didn't get around to getting it done. Walked in one morning and asked if they could get me in that day (it was a quick pop-out job on my rear bumper) and they did it in a few hours, charged me HALF the amount they quoted because the guy was like "ya it didn't take me that long no problem," and vacuumed/cleaned my interior and floor mats. Unreal. Will be coming back with both my vehicles if they need body work.Service: Body & Trim

I was recommended Vic & Jim’s by a family member after my car was a victim of a hit and run on Christmas. I worked with Brady who had me in and out the door very fast with an estimate, which was very detailed and broken down which was really nice to have. Once I spoke with my insurance company, I was on the books to have my car fixed so fast!!!!! My car was fixed in less than a week, and was given a rental car as a courtesy which was really kind. My car looks BEAUTIFUL! They even deep cleaned the interior of my car and cleaned the outside. I couldn’t be more grateful for the services provided here. What more can I say that hasn’t already been said? This auto body shop is amazing! We got road paint on our car a couple months ago and came here to get it removed. From the initial estimate, they assured us that it can be removed, but it will be a long and expensive process. Their customer service was excellent in every aspect of job. They took care of all the insurance issues and made sure our insurance covered the full cost. They worked with the car rental company and made sure we had a rental up until our car was ready. Our car stayed with them a lot longer than we expected, and they continued to update us on its progress. Of course, our car came back like it was new. We couldn’t have been happier.Although we hope that our cars will never run over road paint again, or get into any collisions and ruin, this will be our go to auto body shop in the future. No hesitation. Our sincerest thanks to everyone here! A job well done and we appreciate your wonderful costumer service.
