hairstylist, if she can even be called that, did not listen to my instructions and just went on to cut it how she felt cutting it. my haircut was ruined and shaved it all off when i got home because at least that way, it looked uniform and even. i told her that this was not what i asked for, so she cut it even shorter and had to gall to still charge me.
she's lucky i didn't cause a scene or ask for the manager, i just wanted to get outta there before i lost my cool. now i know who not to get a haircut from next time i am in there. my previous experiences have been good ones.

Going to be honest, I have mixed emotions on writing this review. On the one hand Rico is an absolute boss and will give you an amazing cut. On the other hand now I might not be able to get him to cut my hair if you all load up his schedule . Seriously though, Rico is a super chill dude who is great to talk to and does an amazing job. I have been getting cut by sportclips for around 10 years and he is by far the best, and there have been many amazing people along the way so that is saying something. Thanks Rico Alex K

Katrina did an awesome job with my haircut and did not sell me short on any service promised. The free MVP experience is a spectacular deal if it is your first time going to this location; I highly recommend it.
