My first time at this SW location, two staff members were present and extremely helpful. I came looking for vinyl safe painting samples/options, although they didn’t have physical samples they made calls and were able to direct me to a location that had the samples. Ended up just choosing the paint color from the online website, as I don’t want to drive. The paint quality was superb and well worth the price tag.

Great store with helpful employees. They are always helpful and happy to help you find a solution to your paint needs. Will make this my home store for all paint needs.

Knowing nothing about the products I needed for my staining project, I decided to go into the store to ask advice on products, color, etc. There were 2 clerks, the one that was helping me seemed newer, so he looked to the other guy for advice. The other clerk immediately told me all the ways they aren't able to help me, interrupting me, and didn't even listen to what I was actually asking. Once he was done "helping", he went to the back room and was talking bad and cursing about the previous customer. When I've gone to SW stores in the past, they're always extra helpful which is why I like to use them. I won't be returning to this location.

Sherwin Williams are my Suppliers. They provide reliable customer service, and paint products. Color matches are easy and always on point.Give them time, they are always busy keeping contractors and painters like myself on the jobsite.

Went in for quite a list of paint for a few different projects. Durrell was the staff member in store who helped me. I must say his customer service was simply extraordinary and he was extremely knowledgeable on SW products, interior and exterior applications. I will absolutely be back to this location for future project needs.

I walked in right at closing time but the door was unlocked to buy one paint roller that I knew exactly what needed. It would have taken him about 30 seconds to check me out, instead the clerk was VERY rude and told me to go away.

Great experience.They entire store was fantastic, but Durrell gave me the best customer service I have seen in years. The way he helped me and matched the stain in my kitchen with 3 different woods,..... very impressive. I won't go anywhere else for my paint.

Needed a roller pan that’s it and I got there 4 min before closing time and the door was locked. Drove out of my way knowing I’d get there with time to spare. Please don’t lock your doors early it’s very bad service.
