I was having a great experience with Tim the salesperson however after being there for 3 hours when they were meant to be working on the financing of my car the account manager Vadim Fateev came back and said the price we had agreed to was now not possible. I have never had this happen to me before in over 20 years of getting cars and have never been spoken to in such a condescending way. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Feel bad that Tim lost out on a sale because of him.

Overall the experience is good. One thing that has happened the last 2 visits is the service department has said they will wash my car and it hasn’t happened. It’s like leaving the icing on the cake off. You offered but don’t follow through. I bought this vehicle in December for greater than $35,000 and it would be nice to get the icing on the cake or don’t offer/mention it.

Mike Davis, our sales consultant, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Our used car buying experience with them was pretty hassle free.

Overall great experience at the Mazda service center! The service manager, Chris M. was friendly, helpful, and professional. Nice waiting area to work on laptop while I wait for my vehicle.

Very impressed with staff and selection of cars. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Update 8/28 BEWARE just got a letter from state of Texas with invoice saying we owe money for running a toll in July. Hmm we traded that car in when we purchased our car on April from Mazda. Looks like they never transferred the title and I have called twice about this and still haven’t received a call back. Poor customer service

With Mike as a sales specialist , the company has no competitors. Mike was patient, resilient and respectful.
