I was treated very well there, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because both items I needed were out of stock. So they had to be ordered for next day. It happens.

Waited 15 minutes in line to get service, while the associate chated with a customer for 10 minutes and did nothing. Another associate looked at us costumers and then walked to the backed.. Phones ringing constantly, and no one is picking up.
Worst Autozone I've been to so far.

Dude was on his phone the whole time. While I was there looking at him to ring me up. I ask to use a tool really quick to take off my plate. He say they don't have one. Yo it's a auto shop you have nothing. Smh

I went to buy a power steering pump and some pulleys and fuel sensor from the store. It was 11.22 October 15th today and the person that we dealt with was extremely rude and to the point where we went to the Brooklyn Park one where we were treated very very nicely. And yeah so the guy that was working just was a really rude person and it's very bad customer service and that's what I have to say about that

9/29/23 @ AutoZone in Brooklyn Center:Store manager was upset at the cashier and presented unprofessional with bad attitude He was behind the register desk, so I came up to him to ask for help. He literally avoided me when I was not even asking my question (needed to buy an alternator belt and a 20 ft cable jumper). It made me felt like I was not there. He greeted the new customer that just came into the store. The cashier looked at his manager with a weird look and told me that he can help me on his register. The cashier apologize, I told him that it’s not his fault. I didn’t waste my time arguing with the manager because I knew I’m going to report him. I did not get the manger’s name but please review the store tap note above :)
