The most frustrating and disappointing experience I have encountered attempting to fill a prescription.1st trip,my medication was not available as it had been sent back.2nd trip my medication was not available as I was informed that I had already received it, the day that it was not available. Was told that I would need to come in and watch video with the pharmacist to see what happened.3rd trip, my medication was not available, apologized for telling me that I had already received it. Stated that I miss heard them on watching tape. I had an eyewitness with me who heard the entire conversation.Was told that they would have medication available the next day. (That was yesterday)4th trip, medication not available again.Bar None, this pharmacy is very poorly run, with apparent minimal expectations for team member performance,accountability and an ability to ameliorate customer service issuesNPS 1I have transferred all prescriptions to a new location.Sadly, " I am sorry, we apologize, we made a mistake" are statements that do not exist in staff vocabulary.

This pharmacy is frequently short-staffed. They did not even have the drive through open this morning. A prescription that was supposed to be filled Monday was not because it was out of stock. Went back Wednesday and it was in stock but still not filled, had to wait. The reason they gave was that they have too many vaccine appointments and only one pharmacist. This is not a new problem.

Would be great if their online or automated system informed you that your prescription can't be filled because they are out of stock.

We made an appointment for the vaccination shot and reached there on time but to get 2 shots it takes more than one hour. I think there is a process gap. 1. Already we completed the basic covid vaccination questionnaire online but still we were asked to fill those in hardcopy. 2. There is no option in online to add our insurance details and to add those they have taken around 30 minutes. 3. Even though we locked the specific time in online but there is no dedicated person to assist us, still there is a queue standing in front of their consultation area and it is a common queue and either you have appointment or not you have to go in the queue to approach the pharmacist. I hope Walgreens should improve those above things to serve better and whoever go there for vaccination make sure you are prepared to spend ample amount of time there.

I’ve made the mistake of filling a prescription here twice. They’re rude, slow, you’ll be lucky to get your prescription within an hour of their estimated time. Save yourself a headache and some time by driving 10 min to literally any other pharmacy in the area.

The store itself in a prime location with a shared parking lot with other businesses. It is sometimes hard to find a close spot.The store is clean, well stocked, a friendly cashier staff. Hey have a prescription drive thru.What remains a challenge is an understaffed pharmacy, a pharmacist who does not know how to find you on the computer and fumbled till someone stepped in it is and a brisk toned staff.You wait a long time to get waited on They are not happy campers there.They have a hard time filling prescriptions quickly I made an online appt to be kept waiting about 45 minutes then to find out because my pneumonia shot could not be given because I had no previous record there. In the days of automation it cannot think for you and reply to let you know in advanceWe need past records if at another pharmacy for pneumonia shots. There was no fine print to warn me on my confirmation of appointment. I did get my flu shot.They have chairs off to the side to set on.My daughter had to argue with them about getting her acetaminophen prescription filled as part of four prescriptions she had from surgery and it was covered on insuranceI have to go back to my fav another pharmacy with just three red letters in the name( you know them) who never lets me down but farther to go.

My husband has COVID and he ordered 8 home tests for myself and our daughter online. The order said they would be ready in 2 hours. I waited 3 hours, drove to the store, and was told I needed to pay over $80 for the tests my husbands insurance already covered because he ordered them through the pharmacy. I tried using our insurance but they wouldn't take it again. I explained I needed the tests to get her into daycare and they said I either had to pay full price or wait until the pharmacy to opens tomorrow, which is after her school starts. The lack of compassion and common sense was really disappointing.

Seem to always have a worker shortage. Perscriptions are many times late being filled.

Good place, but could you please open your drive-thru? I really like this feature, and go to you because of it (there is another pharmacy closer to me). Not having the drive-thru will make you lose me as a customer and we are both less happy.

TERRIBLE pharmacy. We had SET appointments to get covid vaccinations and the pharmacist was ON BREAK. When he finally got back, he ignored us even though we had been waiting and filled prescriptions even though we all know vaccinations take about 1 minute to complete. We even overheard him talking to his staff asking if anyone else can do vaccinations so he doesn't have to. We had to eventually basically engage in a stare down with the rude woman desk worker and we finally got her attention so she talked to the pharmacist and said "can you help them, they're glaring." Eventually we were seen about an HOUR late. Wish things didn't have to get passive aggressive just to get things accomplished. However I will say the woman pharmacist we saw for our first vaccination was very kind! She just needs to work on her time management as well.
