Just bought a downhill package today and am extremely impressed with the service and attention to detail. Dave spent a long time making sure I had the right boot and skis to match my body type and ability. He custom fit my boot to make sure it fit perfectly. Incredible customer service is rare to find these days but alive and well at Pierce. Thanks to Dave and the owners for all your help!

Great place for skates. I went there today to get new boots for my (very) old skates. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. The boot fitting was so thorough. I worked with Ted and Jessie.

Paul spent almost an hour with me and helped me try on like 8 different pairs of ski boots. Super helpful and Exhibit A of why you shouldn’t always buy online. I’ll definitely be back.

These folks really know there stuff, I made a trip from California to get custom fitted for alpine touring equipment, they had gear I simple couldn’t find in-store anywhere out west and I wasn’t comfortable committing to performance ski gear online. Hence the trip to MN, Pierce did not disappoint. Expert fitter Dave scanned me and custom ground my boot profile, Bart and his team pulled my skis and bindings and mounted, tuned and set everything up seamlesslessly. Super professional, passionate, I learned a ton just going through the experience with them. Can not recommend enough. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
