I went to buy a gift for my husband and they treated me terribly. I was waiting for them to stop talking and attend to me and none of the 3 women came to assist me. I had to call them more than 3 times and when they attended to me they were rude and their attention was annoying. The attention is bad. There were three ladies talking and one stood behind me. Maybe she thought I was going to steal but I had to tell her that I needed to ask a question so they would pay attention to me. very bad customer service.

I had an horrible experience at this store: I purchased some items including a shirt, the price on the shirt was $34.00 and the cashier who stated that she’s The Manager charged me $44.00 for the shirt. When I told her that the tag price had $34.00 she told me that the NEW price for the shirt is now $44.00 and if I come back tomorrow the shirt will be further increased to $49.00, she refused to make the necessary price adjustment that reflects the price on the tag. This is clearly an incident of price gouging. How can this Guess justified a $15.00 increase on an item. I will definitely be taking this matter to the Minnesota government and inquiring with my attorney. I am writing this review to tell buyers to beware of price gouging. I will be returning all the items I purchased due to the poor customer service and the failure of the management staff to take responsibility of selling and item as marked. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!!

After walking all over Mall of America I was hoping to find a homecoming dress here for my daughter. Walking in, there weren't a lot of dressier options. An adorable employee with glasses offered to help and I told her what we were looking for. She had some ideas that she pulled out for us that were gorgeous! She very gently convinced my daughter to try them on and we found her dream dress! The employees excellent customer service will make us life long customers! The gentleman at the register signed me up with a rewards card to save me 30% also! We're super happy, thank you!!!
