The team at Cyrus Artisan Rugs were extremely helpful during my rug selection process - patient, professional and knowledgeable. They operate on a higher level than most other rug stores I've experience which I noticed almost immediately upon entering the store in Bloomington, MN.
They have a huge selection but the showroom layout is easy to walk and all rugs are well organized by size, designer, origin, etc.
I made several visits to the store before finding exactly what I was looking for, and the team did a great job helping me narrow down my search - never pushy and always professional.
Would highly recommend - outstanding experience from start to finish!

Love my new rug! Purchasing an expensive rug online without being able to see it in person it can be a bit stressful, but Cyrus assured me my choice was a soft, quality rug. It arrived quickly and did not disappoint. As a return customer, I suspect this won’t be my last purchase from Cyrus Rugs.

Cannot say enough about the service and expertise we had here. Cyrus was incredibly helpful in determining the size and color of our rug. Inspite of living several hours away, we were able to try several rugs in our home before finding the perfect one.
