I experienced poor customer service, and no one was available to assist me. It makes me wonder what kind of management is running this place. Customers spend a significant amount of money and expect to receive both quality products and excellent service; these two elements are interconnected. An unhappy customer often shares their experience with at least ten others, and those people may then tell five more. Meanwhile, a satisfied customer might only share their positive experience with one or two individuals, and those they inform are unlikely to spread the word further. This means one dissatisfied customer has the potential to damage your business significantly. Having worked in management, I can honestly say that the management at this location is lacking.

Very polite and patient staff, they helped me find a hard for me to describe item and helped me load it into the truck. They have a decent selection of tools and work appliances.

I would have a lot to say on a bad review, but I think this location it great, so what's to talk about. It's not like there are rainbows and unicorns running around the place. It's just that I like the location and the merchandise available.

Discount cards appear to be back.
Used to receive discount cards for products purchased over a given amount. Was told today by the cashier that they do not do that anymore.

Fun place with fun stuff. Staff helpful, a guy found the Borg brake tool location that I took off a hook. I showed my husband the tool and could not put it back.
