I didn't like how they wouldn't open the door to let me out of the donation center after I dropped off my boxes until the guy sorted them all out. Felt way too claustrophobic for that.

Susan and the other cashier (brown/auburn hair with glasses), both were super rude to multiple customers, and were snapping at them when they asked questions/were confused on some of the store policies.

I went to drop off donations for the first time today. I asked the man that opened the garage what I need to do since it was my first time. He was very standoffish and did not explain what to do. I started handing him some things and he dropped a mug I gave him and it broke. He breathed heavily out then chucked the other two mugs I handed him in the bin and stormed inside. He didn’t come back for a couple minutes, swept it up then aggressively shoved the rest of my donations in the bin and carried them inside. He never said another word. This was such a shocking and unpleasant experience. I will not be coming back again. He should be fired.

Today, I went here and the entire building smelled like perfume. Talk about a migraine trigger. I recall this last time I went there too. What is up with the perfume?! The toy aisle has the same toys from weeks ago, everything is broken or missing pieces. Prices are out of control. Only item I was interested in didn't have a tag, they won't sell it with no tag. Don't recommend.

Puzzle section is huge! Prices vary from $3.99-9.99 which is more than I'd want to pay, but I buy the lower cost ones! Everyone is really nice that works here. I only come every few weeks or so, as I live 30 min away. I also love looking at furniture, pets stuff and clothing. Oh! And makeup!

I have donated items here before. Today was different! The young man working drop off greeted me and offered to help me with the larger item. He commented on the nice weather and told me to enjoy my day. Kudos for a great employee. He made my day better and he enjoys his job.

I’m anti goodwill as of late. They got rid of their dressing rooms and you may only return for store credit. Most items at 6.99 . They are a gross money hungry organization. Please shop local thrift stores instead.

Went today for some Halloween items. The store is clean so 5 stars for that. We browsed other aisles and some of the toys are $20- used with stickers all over them. I was shocked. Prices are higher than I’d expect, maybe due to more traffic in this Halloween season. Either way, items seemed very highly priced

The employees make a successful effort at keeping a clean store. Displays change appropriately with the seasons and holidays. This is one of the brightest and cleanest second hand stores in the Twin Cities.

In the last month these prices have gone up so high I won't be back. I just showed the worker a broken basket with pieces broken from like 1980 and some black ooze. Marked at $13. It would be in the free pile at a garage sale. I spend Lots of money . This is the 3rd time I have come and left empty handed. I will just go buy it brand new. Whoever is marking the prices now needs to be trained better or they just hate the customers. I just spent $1600 on a new tv. So im no.where near cheap. Ridiculous. Candles with burned wicks for $7..NO
