This is much like the old fashioned hardware store. The aisles are much closer together than a big box store. They are packing a huge amount of products and services into a smaller area. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The part I like best is that I can walk into the store with a bolt or screw and I can get help finding the exact match. Then I can just buy as many as I need, rather than a whole box.

Employees were nice but prices were ridiculous! They tried to convince me that the $90 for propane for a new tank and $50 to refill was a standard market price. Across the parking lot you can get it for 10 to 20 bucks cheaper and down the street at QuikTrip you can get it a brand new one for what they charged a refill

I arrived at the store 7:45 pm. New it was near closing time, but new they would give me the help I needed. My bathroom drain had become clogged and it ended up being hard to unclog. A wonderful young man helped me in the section. He read thru labels to ensure I got what I needed. With all the products he was diligent to making sure I left with what I needed. The store than closed when I left. Thank You so much to the young man as I was able to unclog both drains and could not have done it without his help. Kudos to an employee that cares??This is why WE come here.
