Hadn't fished Deer Lake before so we stopped in at Ben's Bait Shop and we were handed the perfect bait to catch bass! Friendly, knowledgable employees and a great selection. Carries much more than any other bait shop I've ever been in.

Not just a bait shop! While my husband bought our fishing licenses and a new rod, our 4 year old found a cool t-shirt and I bought a much needed sun hat (and it was a cute one, something I'm not used to finding in the stores my husband frequents). Definitely recommend stopping in.

We weren’t experienced fishers and some some pretty simple (even maybe d**** questions and everyone at Bens was amazing in helping us!! Never made us feel like we had bad questions. They helped us amateurs figure out what bait to use, where to fish, as well as tips, tricks and techniques. Highly recommend!!
