Not a good experience. I literally purchased the storage unit today an the customer service lady must’ve given me the wrong permanent & temporary password . I literally have a load of furniture in the back of my truck because I couldn’t get gate access to get in before 10pm . Definitely need a just in case phone number or actually put an onsite person till the end of day .

Easily rented a unit from across the country. Everything was set up upon my arrival to unpack my uhaul on my time. Rental specials were excellent and the customer service representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd do business with them again and would definitely recommend.

STAY AWAY!!! I would seriously consider using some other place for storage. This company does not honor their advertised prices and they will jack up your rent ever single month without notification and then refuse a refund when they are confronted. They are NOT what they appear to be. They are using KO Storage reviews as their own. STAY CLEAR unless you like being scammed and lied to.

4 star so far! It's only been 2 days since our rental so this could change to a 5 star. The website was very easy to use and got our unit right away. Once I submitted all the requirements I got the access code to the gate, a free lock and a very clean and dry unit! I feel good about my stuff being dry and secure here!

When we went to our storage unit for the first time, we were given two codes to get the gate to open and neither of them worked. Thank goodness there was a very nice lady that was behind us and we got in with her. Went to the storage unit they assigned us to and it was padlocked and rented. After being on the phone with SROA for quite awhile we finally did get a unit. SO very frustrating!!

We recently found ourselves between homes for a few months and in need of storage. KO was clean, well secured, and a solid experience. I would highly recommend using their storage facilities.
