Went in at 5:30p to pick up a iphone 15 pro. Manager guy at front stated they're not helping anyone else that night... it was 5:41p, after we waited, we walked out with nothing. If a business states they're open until 6pm, you'd assume they'd serve business until 6pm. Not here.

I love the effort that this store puts into taking care of the customers. The staff is by far the friendliest in the twin cities area. And each time I go here they always go above and beyond to take care of my needs. I love verizon, and will be a life long customer

Bought (we thought) an Iphone 12 in June at a "special" half off offer. With the first bill, they began billing us for the other half. Went back to the store twice to get the billing straightened out. Tim, the General Manager told us that we would have had to purchase an upgraded data plan to qualify for the half price. We were never told this by our salesman, Dave. Keven tried to help by calling Billing/Customer Service three times, while we waited, to no avail. Tim, the General Manager at both visits (the latest on Oct. 17th at 1:00) was rude, loud, and condescending to us, an elderly couple. He told us, in so many words, that we were out of luck, nothing they could do, even though this was not our fault.

Walked in to get two new phones, and the guys tells us there are two people ahead of you, so it will be 45 minutes. After an hour I ask again, and weird, there are two people ahead of us still, with may people walking in and out getting help. Honesty goes a long ways for customers. Definitely won't be back here.

Went in before Thanksgiving to buy a new phone for my husband as a surprise for Christmas. Mark was the sales rep. Wanted a Galaxy S20. Mark said didn't have one, but looked and oh have one, a white one. I purchased the phone, charger, Otter case and screen protector - $999. The next day, my husband gets a nasty voice-mail from Lana telling him to immediately return the Galaxy S21 to the store or $799 will be charged to the credit card. Wait!? What!? First of all I paid for it - I have a receipt and second of all thanks for ruining the surprise! I then return to the store and explained to AB (said manager on his name tag) about the nasty voice-mail. He asked if I could return with the phone and receipt, which I promptly did. Looking in the bag , Mark sold me a S21, not a S20 like I wanted! AB told me the phone was not paid for, what?? I have a receipt! Going back and forth with me about how Mark rang the purchase as a ship to home purchase, so I did not "own" the phone. I asked about having to wait months before I actually get the phone he explained it would be only 3 weeks. In the meantime I asked about ordering a S20. He said probably won't happen - they are basically unavailable. During this time he kept wanting to take the phone from me! Nope, wasn't going to happen! AB checked 2 times and said the order couldn't be canceled. This is now an hour and a half of this stupid problem that wasn't my problem! I was getting ready to leave and all of a sudden Dave, was going to try and help me out (?). I asked about a S20FE and oh that was available. Dave looks up my could be canceled. Lack of responsible, understanding, and knowledge of product from people who work at the store was pathetic to say the least. Lana turns out to be a new manager was very tacky. AB didn't have the know-how to see if the order could be canceled, and Mark who fraudulently rang the wrong phone to get a sale!! And Lana's unprofessional voice-mail! This whole ordeal took almost 3 hours to "fix". Terrible store, terrible employees, terrible service! Corporate office should fire them all and start with fresh employees who know what customer service is all about!!
